Tires

This tire is designed to shed mud and deliver traction on pavement and dirt. The Cultivator doubles as a solid tire for both the commuter and cyclocross rider.
Before the Pika, gaining traction on gravel roads was a true feat. Now, it’s child’s play. Ramped center knobs roll fast on loose gravel, and U-shaped shoulder knobs dig in on the turns. The Pika is equipped with dual compound tread, EPS protection, and wire bead.

TUBE TYPE CONSTRUCTION A clincher tire that is only functional with an inner tube to maintain inflation pressure as defined by ISO 4223-1. The historically standard bicycle tire relies on the use of an inner tube to maintain inflation pressure. The inner tube serves two purposes: maintaining inflation pressure along with providing physical pressure on the tire’s bead against the rim hook and sidewall to help keep it safely in place. DYNAMIC:ULTRA HIGH-PERFORMANCE COMPOUND A proprietary blend of synthetic and natural rubbers enhanced with Graphene and next generation amorphous spherical Silica; our all-new Dynamic:UHP compound has been developed with the single purpose of expanding the ‘Magic-Triangle’ with improved Rolling Efficiency, Traction and increased Durability R:SHIELD UNDER-TREAD BREAKER BELT This is a layer of additional puncture protection located under the tire’s tread cap. Tires utilizing our R:Shield offer excellent puncture protection while their sidewalls remain supple to ensure high performance.
The Eagle High-Performance road tire offers race inspired performance across a wide range of conditions. Featuring top-level technologies, the Eagle road tire is for riders looking for all-round performance and dependability with excellent puncture protection in either a tube-type or tubeless ready configuration. TUBELESS READY CONSTRUCTION A clincher tire that is functional without an inner tube but requires sealant to maintain inflation pressure as defined by ISO 4223-1. A tubeless ready tire utilizes a butyl covered bead to seal the tire against the rim. Generally, the rim is sealed using a non-porous tape while the tire’s casing requires the use of sealant to provide air retention.
